Peanut Butter Cup Fudge

Peanut Butter Cup Fudge
makes about  81 pieces

1 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups powdered sugar
1 &  1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup peanut butter

1. Melt butter and 1 cup peanut butter together.  Add graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar.  Mix until fully combined.  Press into a 9×9 baking pan, lined with parchment paper.  Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

2. Melt chocolate chips and 1/4 cup peanut butter together.  Spread over peanut butter layer.  Chill for at least 1 hour before slicing into 1 inch x 1 inch pieces.  Keep refrigerated.

Results: These could not have been easier to make.  They are certainly not waist-line friendly, but they are worth the splurge!  These lasted about a week in the fridge, but I imagine you could freeze them easily enough.
